After my detailed post DIY-LET'S SPROUT, here you can find an easy recipe about how to transform mung bean sprouts into a healthy, tasty, crunchy and filling sprouts salad.

Ingredients:
- Mung Beans sprouted
- Carrots
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Panner Cheese
- Onion
- Lemon
Preparation:
- First you have to sprout your mung beans.
- Chop the onion julienne, place it in a bawl and add some lime juice to sweeten the bitter taste. It really works!
- Chop all the others veggies and mix all the ingredients ina big bawl and season it with your favorite salad dressing.
